TEDFORD Laverne (nee Edge). June 02, 1929 ~ Oct 06, 2012. Laverne grew up in Haney, BC where she made many lifelong friends. Married to Lawrence for over 50 years, they made their way to the U.S. and finally settled in Sparks, Nevada. Laverne loved to travel the world and took many memorable trips with good friend, Jean Hampton. She kept in touch with everyone and her door was always open for guests. Laverne had a great smile and bubbly personality and truly cherished all her friendships. Predeceased by Lawrence, she leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Service to follow in May.
