Lillian F. Presley (Neal) passed October 9th at the age of 93. Born in Stoughton, Saskatchewan, she is survived by her sisters Marie Donison and Betty Harach and her brother Gordon Neal as well as her children, Dale (Linda), Wayne (Pat) and Vicki, her grandchildren Clint (Lisa), Devon and Kim (Cody) and her great-grandchildren, Logan, Jada-Dawn, Layne and Eberle. She is now reunited with 5 of her siblings Marion, Roy, Burville, Roger and Ken and two half-sisters, Vera and Unice. Mom served her country during WWII as a Corporal in the Canadian Armed Forces from May 20, 1942 to Sept. 14, 1944. She received a medical discharge for donating blood too often at the blood bank. Her favorite things were dancing in the early years and playing snooker in her senior years. Her last 10 years were spent in the care of the staff at Three Links Manor to whom we are very grateful for all they did for ‘feisty’ Lil. In the spring, when the roses begin to bloom, Mom’s ashes will be taken to Maple Ridge, BC to be close to her loving Mother, Edith Neal, who passed in 1989. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kelowna General Hospital Foundation.
