We are very saddened by the sudden passing of Mamie Ann Savenkoff (nee Williams) 60, of Maple Ridge, BC on November 24th 2021.
Mamie was born August 31, 1961, in Vancouver, BC to the late Evan and Dorothy Williams.
Always quick to cheer anyone on, quick to share a laugh and ever so patient; Mamie's patience was an asset while she helped countless people through her career as a 911 dispatcher for 20+ years. Mamie was then called to work at CBSA as a dispatcher in the marine division.
Mamie is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Don Savenkoff, daughter, Shelby (Nick); step daughter Jessica; grandchildren Michael, Brooklyn, Peyton, Austin and Eli. She will be greatly missed by her "sisters" Barb and Jan as well as so many nieces, nephews, friends, coworkers and her Best Friend Cathy.
Service will be held on Saturday December 11 at 11:00am at Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel 11969 216th St, Maple Ridge. Reception to follow at family home.
