Margaretha Hiebert

March 20, 1928 - April 11, 2019
On April 11th my Mom passed peacefully at home and went to be with her Lord. What a reunion that will be as she rejoices with Dad, her daughter Shirley, and many brothers and sisters that went before her. She was a strong, hardworking Prairie farm girl from a family of a total of 22 brothers and sisters. Mom was mischievous with a wonderful sense of humor, stubborn, and endlessly giving. She loved to cook, have large family gatherings, and blessed those around her where she lived.
Your daughter, 4 grand-children, and 9 great grand-children will miss you very much in so many ways. No one came close to matching your home-made chicken noodle soup. I don't know if you ever realized how amazing you were.
A special thank you to the wonderful ladies that supported Mom where she lived as well as the devoted Home Health support system that came to visit her. These loving ladies made it possible for Mom to live on her own with minimal support.
