KERANEN; Margaretha
April 29, 1939 - May 4, 2016
It is with deep regret we announce the sudden passing of Margaretha. Born in Varkaus, Finland. She is survived by daughter Christina Keranen, husband Tyler Bailey, and grandsons Tyler and Jaxson. Margaret spent much of the first half of her life traveling extensively abroad and around Canada. She had a variety of occupations including being a model for a time before settling down in Vancouver, BC as an accounts clerk for Health Canada for nineteen years. Margaret raised her daughter in Vancouver and later retired to help raise her eldest grandson. Margaret was also an avid animal lover, having many pets over the course of her life, good or bad each pet was with her to the end. She will be remembered as a beautiful, selfless, honest woman and mother. We will miss her dearly. We thought and wished we had more time. May she find eternal happiness. ~ Bon Voyage.
