GAMBLE Maurice Robert (Bob)
It is with great sadness we announce that Maurice Robert Gamble (Bob) passed away in the comfort of his home in Maple Ridge on May 29, 2009 at 89 years of age. He was born September 30, 1919 at Stanwell Moor in England. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 50 years, Betty Gamble, who passed away on June 4, 2004. He is lovingly remembered by his children, Lynda and Sandra and his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Bob served for many years as a Regimental Sergeant Major in the Royal British Air Force, he came to Canada with Betty in 1972 to join his children. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and the ability to make everyone's day a little brighter. He loved being around family and loved all the joy the little ones brought to him. We will miss you deeply Dad, Grampy and Great Grampy but know now you are at peace and back with Nanny.

A Celebration of Life will be held at First Presbyterian Church 335 7th Street, New Westminster on Tuesday June 16, 2009 at 2pm.
