ALTENRIED ~ Mecthilde (Hilda)
Died peacefully with her family by her side on February 22nd, 2006. Late of Maple Ridge, B.C., age 81 years. Predeceased by her husband Eric in 1975, her son Klaus in 1972 and her sisters Maria and Benny, both in Germany. Hilda will be lovingly remembered by her 2 daughters Christina (Allan) Pearce and Heidi, grandchildren Alanna, Lindsay, Tyler, Eric and Daniel, sisters Hedwig and Marta. Special thanks to all the staff at Holyrood Manor for the special care and attention they have always shown Hilda. Also sincere thanks to Dr. Daniel Wong. Funeral Mass was held Tuesday, February 28th at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church in Maple Ridge. Hilda will be laid to rest with her husband Eric and son Klaus at Ocean View Burial Park in Burnaby, B.C.
