It is with heavy hearts that the family of Michaelle Gaye Powers, born January 15, 1959 announce her peaceful passing on Sunday, January 21st, 2018 after a heroic 2.5 year battle with leukemia.
She fought with incredible strength, courage and grace which inspired and changed the lives of those around her.
She will be forever remembered by her husband and best friend Walter, her children Ryan and Amy, as well as their spouses Erin and Daniel. Lexi and Tyson will miss their NanNan so much.
She was a brilliant woman who spent many years dedicated to helping provide a better life for the developmentally disabled, she had a special place in her heart for everyone she met through RMACL.
We'll meet you on the moon, sorry you couldn't make it back.
