Pat passed away peacefully and surrounded by love on February 10, 2017 at the age of 85. She will be lovingly remembered by her beloved husband of fifty-three years, Bruce, and children Tammy, Michael, John, Randy and Mary, seven grandchildren, her sister Bonnie, brother Paul and her many friends.
She would not want us to be sad at her passing - she would want us to find comfort in our memories of her and to celebrate her life by sharing her extraordinary capacity for love and compassion. She would want us to live with humour and hope, to be kind and grateful and to make every day count.
A Celebration of Pat’s life will be held on March 4, 2017 at 1:00pm at Cariboo Road Christian Fellowship, 7200 Cariboo Rd, Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Alzheimer Society of BC.
