OGLOFF ~ Patricia Ruth
Passed away peacefully on October 25th, 2007 after a brief illness. Pat was born on July 24th, 1940 in Calgary, the daughter of Pauline and Charles Powell. She was predeceased by her husband Alec, her parents, brothers (Robert and Douglas), partner Alfred Morton, and step-brothers Cecil, Art, and Orrin Powell. Pat will be dearly missed and remembered always by her four children and their families and partners, sons James (Kathleen), Mark (Jill), Robert (Sandy), and daughter, Cindy (Tony), by her sister Margaret (Al), and her sister-in-law Ruth Powell. She leaves behind five special grandchildren whom she deeply loved: Tyrel and Shayla; Aleksandra, Andrew and Karena. Pat is also remembered by many other family members and friends. Residing in Calgary until 1994, she moved to B.C. and lived in Maple Ridge with her son Mark and his family. Pat had a kind and generous heart and will be missed by those who knew and loved her. Funeral Services were held Tuesday, October 30th in the MAPLE RIDGE FUNERAL CHAPEL (Osborn’s), 11969 – 216th Street. She will be interred in Calgary.
