January 21, 1931 - February 21, 2019
Ramona passed away early Thursday morning, February 21, 2019. She is predeceased by her husband, Henry, her daughter, Theresa and two brothers, Ed and Bobby.
She leaves behind her son, Ken (Sylvia), granddaughter, Sandra Lee, daughter Susan and grandsons Nick and Brad. She is also survived by her grandson, Mike and his son and her brother Jack (Diane) and their daughters Darlene and Lori as well as many nieces and nephews.
Ramona was born in Wetaskiwin, Alberta and moved to Ucluelet, Vancouver Island in 1940 and to Maple Ridge (Haney) in 1942. She lived most of her life in Maple Ridge and on Vancouver Island.
Her body will be cremated and a service held at a later date. We wish to thank the staff at her final home at Eagle Ridge Manor in Port Hardy. The nurses were very kind and did everything they could for her and we appreciate their thoughtfulness.
