She was pre-deceased by her beloved husband Brian. Survived by daughter Lorraine Farrell (Mike Farrell) and grandchildren Karissa and Billy from Ottawa. Renate was born in Iserlohn, Germany. She lived in Ottawa, Edmonton and Maple Ridge for the last 25 years. She will be greatly missed by David and Terry Moffit and their family. She loved to sit by the ocean and listen to the waves. She enjoyed reading, painting and her computer games. She will be missed by all of her friends at the Haney Pioneer Village and Maple Ridge Physio where she worked for 20 years.
