In loving memory of RICHARD GARNET McKIBBEN, born March 12th, 1930 passed away on Saturday, June 18th, 2005. Loving husband to Louise, father to Dr. Linda Rossler, Heather Greer, Dorothy (Larry)Phillips, Ian (Nadine) Beebe, Shelly (Len) Gauthier, Lyle Beebe, Wade (Justine) McKibben, Brian (Dawn) McKibben, Kathy (Larry) Ashworth, and Jean (Marty) McNaughton. Loving grandfather to 18 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. Richard is survived by 2 brothers, Dennis McKibben, Harold (Ev) McKibben, and sister, Beryl (Vic) McEwen. He is pre-deceased by 2 brothers, Bobby McKibben, Norm McKibben and a sister Lillis, his mother Clara and father Ira. In lieu of flowers, donations to the BC Cancer Society. Reception at the Royal Canadian Legion #88, 12101 – 224th Street, Maple Ridge, where he was a member. Richard worked for B.A. & Gulf Oil in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and Petro-Canada in Port Moody for over 35 years. Memorial service to be held at MAPLE RIDGE FUNERAL CHAPEL (Osborn’s), 11969 – 216th Street on Thursday, June 23rd at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Bob Goos officiating.
