On Friday March 16, 2018 our much loved brother, father and grandfather Ronald Philip Leech, age 83, passed away at Ridge Meadows Hospital.
Ronald was born in Glenavon Saskatchewan. The family moved to Haney BC in the 1950's and Ronald has since been a long time resident of Maple Ridge.
He was in the shoe business and worked for the same company as Western Canada Sales Manager retiring from Acton International after 50 years. He enjoyed Tuesday night golf, Reno trips with family and friends and Osoyoos was annual vacation time with the family.
Ron was predeceased by his beloved wife Janice (nee Morgan), parents Albert and Jean, brothers Lawrence, Raymond, William, sister Donna Shimek and daughter Laurie Kedziora.
He is survived by brothers, Gordon of Belleville Ontario and Wayne (Joy) of Coquitlam, sons, Gordon(Yvonne), Warren, Paul (Dawn), Ron (Luanne), Raymond (Barb) and daughters, Wendy (Tom), Wanda (Walter). He also leaves behind his beloved 19 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Garden Hill Funeral Home, 11765 224th Street, Maple Ridge.
