February 14, 1934 - October 25, 2018
It is with sadness we announce the passing of Rosie at Hawthorne Care Center at the age of 84. Born February 14, 1934 in Melville Saskatchewan and passed away on October 25, 2018. She is predeceased by her brother Harold Damer. She is survived by her husband of 63 years Clarence John Granholm; children Les (Joan) Granholm, Carol (Brent) Reed, Ed (Lori) Granholm, Sheila Roon; Grandchildren; Jessica (Brett) Malettic, Emily (Ron) Lal, David (Jen) Granholm, Alison Granholm, Katie (Christian) Granholm, Dawne (Jason) Carver, Melissa Reed, Trevin Granholm, Robin (Graham) Reed-Collins and Colin Roon; and 10 Great-Grandchildren; sisters; Helen Klassen and Myrna (Terry) Brewer and many nieces/nephews.
Rosie loved to crochet and was an avid gardener and received much joy in sharing what she made and grew with family and friends.
A special thank you to the nursing and care giver staff at Hawthorne Care Center and Baillie House for their wonderful and compassionate care of Mom.
Funeral Services to be held at Garden Hill Cremation and Funeral Services, 11765 224th Street, Maple Ridge, on Friday, November 16th at 2:00 pm.
