Mom passed away at Nicola Lodge in Port Coquitlam on September 1, 2017 with family by her side. She is pre-deceased by her husband Joe (2006). She is
survived by her 2 children, Chris (Elma) and Jodie (Paul) and her 3 grandchildren, Greg, Heather and Kit. Mom had a quick wit and a strong spiritual belief. She loved music and enjoyed the beauty of nature, the view of the mountains and the song of the
birds. She adored her grandchildren and loved her family. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Greystone Manor who
made it feel like home after the passing of her husband Joe and a
special thank you to the staff at Nicola Lodge who gave Mom care,
compassion and dignity in her final year.
