Susan was an extraordinary and kind person who loved gardening, flowers, and animals. Susan was an accomplished artist who loved to paint animals and flowers.

Susan struggled from birth with Kugelberg Welander disease and other health problems. She passed away peacefully with the help of MAiD.

She wanted to be free like a butterfly.

Susan will be missed by her family and all her friends and Internet friends from around the world from Las Vegas to Russia. She leaves behind four aunts and numerous cousins in Australia and two Canadian cousins and second cousins.

"I never realized just how many people are saddened by my leaving.

Family, friends, and more. I am surprised and a little puzzled.

To be honest I never thought I amounted to anything. That no one would notice me gone from the world.

Like a speck of dust in the wind. I was the forgotten one, the one that never counted. The one that was teased and tormented.

The one with the broken heart. The one left behind. The one going alone.

The one in the shadows. The one filled with sorrow.

The one filled with pain. That was me. Now I am free."

Susan Tomlin.
