JERVIS; Thomas Frederick "Fred"
We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle, Fred Jervis. Fred was born in Vancouver and passed away peacefully in Maple Ridge in his 92nd year. He is predeceased by his brother Bert and sister-in-law Daphne. Fred leaves behind his loving wife of 68 years, Phyllis, his sister Dorothy Miller (Glen), his children, Jim, Ron (Tania), Heather McLellan (Bob) and Louise Wylie (David) and many grandchildren, great - grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A celebration of life to honour Fred will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 1:00 pm in First Memorial Burkeview Chapel, 1340 Dominion Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC, (604-944-4128). In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
