BARRIE, William Allan
Passed away on May 31, 20l5, in Maple Ridge, BC in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Catherine/Cathy (nee Elliott) for 59 years. Dear father of William/Bill (Sheila) & David (Francine). Loving Gramps to Alyssa (Chris) & Troy, Cristina (Mackenzie) & Marc, and his great-grandchildren Leah, Heidi & Charlotte. Allan was the son of the late Frank & Ethel Barrie. He is survived by his sister Ruth Hendren (Murray), and his brother-in-law Gene Elliott (Shirley) & their families. Allan had an interesting career of 42 years with the Mutual Life in offices from coast to coast in Canada. He served in the R.C.A.F. and always had a fascination with airplanes and horses. Cremation has taken place and burial will be in Little Lake Cemetery, Peterborough, Ontario.
