NEIL-William (Bill) Norman
December 5th, 1944-August 27th, 2006.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a wonderful husband, father and true friend. He is survived by his wife Helen, son Steve (Jacquie), daughter Barb (Wayne); grandchildren Mitchell, Carson, Chelsea, Lindsay and Trent; his sister Alice (Olle); his nieces and nephews and their families. Bill’s generous nature and wonderful sense of humour will be remembered by all those whose lives he touched. Bill was a dedicated 43 year member of the IUOE LOCAL 115. A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at the Operating Engineers’ Hall at 4333 Ledger Avenue on Wednesday, September 6th at 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Bill’s name to the Diabetes Association or the Rick Hansen Foundation.
