Wilson Sieg, a gentle giant of a man, passed away on September 4, 2019 after a brief battle with cancer. Wilson, a long-time resident of Mission and recent resident of South Surrey, will be remembered as a family man, a Rotarian, a mentor and a manager for many municipal, provincial and federal political campaigns. He was loved for his sense of humour -- which he maintained to the end -- his generous spirit, and his ability to bring out the best in others, whether in sport, at work or in everyday life.
A service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, Sept 27, 2019 at Brookswood Baptist Church, 20581 - 36th Ave., Langley, BC. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Wilson Sieg Annual Bursary. Donations may be mailed to the Rotary Club of Mission Mid-day, PO Box 3387, Mission, BC V2V 4J5.
