Editor, The News:
This goes out to all you rude drivers who don’t stop for crosswalks. I have seen a lot of drivers who don’t stop for the seniors who are in wheel chairs, use a cane, or a walker. Instead of stopping, they speed up.
I have lived in six cities in B.C. and I have to say, Maple Ridge and Chilliwack have the rudest drivers for not stopping.
You have to remember, they put the walk signs there for a reason. They are not there for decoration.
