Coun. Al Hogarth had not visited the heritage property since last March?
Does he get paid for this job? If he would inspect these properties once a month or every other month, he would know exactly what’s going on and he could control the situation.
But I guess since his client is a developer, future business as a realtor is the main reason for having taken this job.
