Re: Pitt sends homeless to Maple Ridge, (The News, July 10.)
So Pitt Meadows Mayor John Becker sends the homeless to Maple Ridge, MLA Doug Bing waits to be “consulted” so that he can serve his constituents.
And MLA Marc Dalton …. well, Mr. Dalton couldn’t see a child of poverty if she was crying in his face. Which leaves us with Maple Ridge Mayor Nicole Read who is working double-time to deal with the homelessness issue. Once again, it’s left to the woman to clean up the mess.
