I read Lindsay’s letter to the Maple Ridge News on May 9.

Very well written and to the point!

I agree 100 per cent with her.

I also did the survey on “Engage.”

I walk by the golf course on several occasions. I walked by on Friday, May 9 and took the time to drop into the facility to show my support.

I also candidly talked to people coming in to golf and discussed this ridiculous suggestion by the mayor to remove the golf course.

They too feel this is wrong and 100 per cent disagree with any changes.

Mayor and council listen to the residents, not your wallets!
