Dear Editor,

Re: [LETTER: Resident grateful for staff’s care, The News, Jan. 21]

I have agree with Bathsheba Parker.

Two years ago I was taken by ambulances to the hospital and had mixed feelings of my treatment by staff.

Recently I had a hernia operation. Prior to my operation I was tasked with a list of procedures that were required pre-op all of them except one COVID test were done at the hospital. My experience was the same helpful pleasant very efficient staff.

Prior to this operation I had a jaded opinion of the hospital based upon previous visits. Wow, have things changed to the positive. It’s a totally different now. The staff treated me so nice, I was calm reassured and very comfortable with what was happening. Thank you, staff of Ridge Meadows Hospital.

Al Martin, Maple Ridge
