I totally agree with the letter from Neal Canning.
We have had a very efficient system of recycling collection for some 10 years.
Now, this is being turned over to a private, for-profit company that has created a confusing system for our recycling that appears to be very inefficient as well, using separate vehicles to pick up stuff on the same day.
I can only guess how soon our recycling fees will escalate with this screwy system.
