The City of Maple Ridge has private garbage pick up instead of taxing for it. So why do people dump their personal garbage in public parks?
Talk about dumping in your own yard. It has gotten so bad, every park I go to there are people dumping their personal garbage into the cans. Maybe they think if they do that, then the city is picking it up and that’s how it should be.
