Political cartoon was slimy

The recent cartoon by Ingrid Rice is supposed to be an example of political satire.

The recent cartoon by Ingrid Rice is supposed to be an example of political satire.

To suggest that our prime minister received an international award by dishonest means is a despicable slant.

I personally find this offensive, a slimy way of indicating the political cartoonists’s political bent.

I remember a few years ago when Dave Barrett was in power. There was a $100 million overrun in one of his ministries. I put up a sign that read: Have a Barrett cocktail: B.C. on the rocks.

A newspaper published a picture of it. The result: I got a death threat.

Police said, if you value your life, take down the sign.
