Thanks to all who helped after wind storm

An appreciation for those who pitched in to clean up after a wind storm blew through Maple Ridge this week

Editor, The News:

The wind storm the other day really raised havoc around Fern Crescent. We were out of power for about 18 hours. Trees, power poles, power lines, all down across roads. It was quite a mess. But very early in the morning, the crews were out, and at it.

B.C. Hydro, Gallbraith Power, All Tech Power, tree trimming and shredding trucks, traffic controllers, and they worked all day and into the night to get the power on for us.

Thanks, to all of you.
