Editor, The News:
It appears, by the lush green lawns, that a large majority of the people living up in Silver Valley believe they are exempt from the watering restrictions; whereas the older subdivisions have brown lawns.
Bylaws should head up the hill for their cash grab fines. Better yet every building – home, commercial, barn – should have water meters.
