Do you know a British Columbian who has accomplished sporting greatness? The B.C. Sports Hall of Fame is accepting nominations for 2012 until October 1.
The B.C. Sports Hall of Fame and Museum preserves and honours B.C.’s sport heritage by recognizing extraordinary achievements in sport.
All nominees must have attained a high level of excellence at a senior level of competition and have brought honour to BC sport through their passion, commitment and dedication to sport.

The B.C. Sports Hall of Fame, is a non-profit society, and the go-to organization for B.C. sport heritage.
For more than 40 years, the B.C. Sports Hall of Fame has honoured B.C.’s teams, builders, athletes, pioneers, and media through the annual induction ceremony, the Banquet of Champions.
Including the 2011 Class to be inducted on September 13, 325 individuals and 52 teams have been inducted onto the B.C. Sports Hall of Fame.
The collection of the B.C. Sports Hall of Fame and Museum includes over 25,000 artifacts and 20,000 archival documents representing 100 years of sporting accomplishments in British Columbia.
