The Maple Ridge Earthquakes Pup Division ball hockey team won provincial championship against Victoria on Canada Day at Sun God arena in North Delta.
This special team has played undefeated hockey since March in the regular season, through the Maple Ridge divisional playoffs and through the provincial playoffs to win the gold medal on July 1.
The team's head coach is Jayson Shalist with Nolan Balatti,and Jayson Osborne as assistant coaches.
