The Roger Fast rink dumped league-leading Jim Maitland by a 6-2 score to move within one-point of first spot in Haney Masters’ curling Wednesday.

Along with Al Golsack (third), William Menkveld (second) and Jerry Batryn (lead), the Fast rink moved ahead of the rinks of Ed Desjardins and Bill Hanula with the victory.

With only two games remaining in league play, the run for the championship is wide open with only two points separating the top four rinks.
