The Ridge Meadows Rustlers defeated Burnaby Minor 3-1 Monday to clinch the midget Flight 4 league banner.
Corey Surbey, Brett Hemminger and Jake Jude scored for the local A3 team, which finished with a 15-3 record.
Logan Bourguignon recorded two assists against Burnaby. Nicholas Chmiliar, Nolan Villeforte and Ryan Borys also had helpers, while Darian Sommerfeld earned the win in net.
The Rustlers, who outscored opponents 81-40 in league play, are competing in a tournament in Vernon this weekend, prior to beginning playoffs.
