The Maple Ridge Ramblers badminton team had some good results at the Nanaimo Invitational tournament.
The team won in the A event for: U16 boys doubles Gavin Ham and Jimmy Chung; girls singles: Simran Johar, girls doubles Johar and Christine Woo, and mixed doubles Ham and Rebekka Escueta.
The U19 category saw wins by boys singles Brian Park, girls singles Jeren Liu, boys doubles Brian Choi and Park, girls doubles Johar and Woo, and mixed doubles Choi and Escueta.
