Thomas Haney secondary in Maple Ridge holds ribbon cutting for gender neutral bathroom.

Principal of Thomas Haney secondary Grant Frend cuts the ribbon of the new gender neutral bathroom at the school on Thursday. A ‘Coming out’ party took place around the event to showcase where the bathroom is located which included cake, non-alcoholic punch, noise makers and candy.
