A gathering of local artists will soon take place at Maple Ridge Park as the community’s Probus Club prepares to host its third annual Artists Outing.
Sam Lewindon, past president of the Maple Ridge Probus Club, said that this event will be the group’s way of celebrating BC Seniors Week, which runs from June 4 to 9.

In addition to people from the local Probus Club, there will also be some Garibaldi Art Club members at the event, where the creative minds will network and create some artwork in the fresh air.
“Whether you paint, sketch, photograph, or just enjoy the outdoors, you are invited to join in the fun of celebrating our seniors,” said Lewindon.
