A couple trying to make friends in a new town throw a dinner party – despite home renovations that are underway – revealing the fact that not only their home needs a makeover, but also their relationship and those of their guests.

It is a dinner party the Emerald Pig Theatrical Society would like you to crash – their upcoming production of Norm Foster’s play Renovations for Six.

Peanut White plays the part of Shayna Perkins, Paul Sawyer plays Grant Perkins, Simon Challenger plays Wing Falterman, Heather Van Oene plays Billie Falterman, Judith Betzler plays Veronica Dunn-Dudet, and Henry Bartak plays Maurice Dudet.

As guests get to know each other, and realize they are all undergoing home renovations, cracks in their own relationships begin to appear.

Shayna wishes her husband Grant would love and romance her, instead of always running to his management job at the local furniture store. Wing still thinks his wife, Billie, might have had an affair years ago and although Billie wants to rekindle her talent as a dancer and go back into show business, Wing wants to continue selling furniture and appliances, working under Grant. Veronica is a condescending psychiatrist who feels she is superior to her husband Maurice.
