Emergency crews were on scene of a motorcycle accident in Pitt Meadows that happened at about 8:30 a.m., Wednesday. The accident took place in the fast lane, westbound, on Lougheed Highway in the 19100-block.
The motorcyclist was alert and conscious, according to reports and taken to Ridge Meadows Hospital. The lane was re-opened just before 10 a.m.
