Paramedics and Maple Ridge firefighters responded to a call of a pedestrian being struck on 227th Street on Wednesday at about 3 p.m.
The man was on a stretcher as paramedics treated him on the road outside the Maple Ridge Fire Hall No. 1 on Dewdney Trunk Road in downtown Maple Ridge.
His condition wasn’t known.
