A beauty supply store in Pitt Meadows was robbed at gun-point on Wednesday.

Just after 5 p.m., a young Caucasian man wearing a hoodie entered Sally Beauty Supply at Meadowtown Centre, produced what the on-duty store employee believed to be a handgun and demanded money.

He was given an undisclosed amount of money, then fled.

“Police are looking for anyone who may have seen a youngish Caucasian male wearing a dark -coloured hoodie, and sunglasses running across the mall parking lot just after 5 p.m.,” said Cpl. Brenda Winpenny.
