Question: Please provide an example of what you have done that qualifies you for council.
Answer: I have been proud to call Pitt Meadows home for the past 37 years. I am a volunteer and community leader with a business background in construction and intelligence software programing. I will be a dedicated full-time mayor with knowledge and leadership skills, combined with vision and a pulse on the community.
Q: Who is funding your campaign?
A: As of the date of this submission, I am personally funding my campaign.
Q: What makes you stand out from other candidates?
A: I strongly believe in the power of community and have a tremendous amount of pride for our city and the people who live here. Having established good relationships with our MLA, MP, staff and community partners, I am confident I can deliver on what needs to be done to address the top issues that face our community.
Q: How do you see the City of Pitt Meadows developing in the next 10 years?
A: Pitt Meadows is one of the fastest growing and most desirable locations in the Lower Mainland for business and residential investment.
I see us leveraging our options to create smart growth and development that contributes to our local economy, provides jobs and services close to home, for a sustainable and prosperous future.
5. What will be your top priority if elected to Pitt Meadows council?
Taxation – increase our commercial and industrial tax base – transportation (an alternate route over the CP Rail line), and smart growth and development.
