The Ridge Meadows RCMP’s victim’s services program is in the process of recruiting volunteers for their Crisis Intervention Worker Volunteer program.
The detachment will host information sessions on March 16 at 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. at 11960 Haney Pl., in the Randy Herman Building.

The Ridge Meadows Victim Services program provides support, information and referrals to citizens who are victims of crime or trauma in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Victim Services staff and volunteers strive to lessen the long term impact of crime and trauma. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, with a goal of ensuring the client is connected with appropriate resources in the community, and enhancing the client’s understanding of police and court procedures.
