Ridge Meadows Search and Rescue have been called to Golden Ears Provincial Park for a rescue along the East Canyon Trail.
The Maple Ridge Fire Department initially responded to the call at about 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 13, for a person with a broken arm about three kilometres along the trail.
Search and Rescue has since been called in.
