With heavy hearts we mourn the loss of our husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. Arne lost his lengthy battle with cancer at home where he wanted to be. He was born in Alberta Beach to Ernest
and Goldie Odenbach in the winter of 1940. Arne was a strong minded person who loved working on cars, fishing, hunting, reading, writing poetry and spoiling his two precious cats. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Marion, son Curt, daughter Kris Summers (Gary) and his Edmonton family of brother Barry (Helen) and niece Brandie Odenbach- Henry (Sean).
A special thank you is extended to Arne's oncologist, Dr. Zulfiqar and the chemo nurses at Abbotsford Cancer Hospital for the wonderful care he received.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the BC Cancer Society or the S.P.C.A.
