BURROWS, Carol “Maureen” Burrows. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maureen on September 26, 2011. She is survived by her loving friend Marie Glendinning and her family; brother Neil (Donna) Burrows, sister Diane (Ted) Kennedy, sister in law Louise Burrows also nieces and nephews; Sandy, Leah, Trina, Jennifer, Aaron, Daina & great nieces and nephews; Kass, Julia, Kyla, Daisy, Paige, Cameron, & Reece, and many cousins and friends. Maureen was a very loving and outgoing person. She has many friends all over the world, as she enjoyed traveling by air, water or land. If someone was going on a trip, Maureen wanted to go too. She was like her mother in that respect “a bit of gypsy in her soul.” Her love of life lead her in many directions, and as she went she collected more and more friends. Maureen will be sadly missed in the future by many, many people and remembered fondly with great love. A Celebration of Life for Maureen will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm in the Fraserview Village Hall 22610-116th Ave. Maple Ridge.
