It is with great sadness that Cecil, age 67, passed away January 8, 2014.
He emigrated to Canada in 1972. He was a psychiatric nurse trained in England, worked at Forensic Riverview Hospital for many years, as well as other BC institutions.
Married to Marlene F. Joan for 31 years, stepfather to Mark, grandfather to Kevin, Kimberley, Kayla, Sammi and Sam. He was the youngest son of 8 children, 7 boys and 1 girl.
He is also survived by his brother Christopher and nieces in England.
If we could have a lifetime wish and one dream that could come true, we would pray to God with all our hearts just see and speak to you. A thousand words won't bring you back, we know because we've tried and neither will a million tears, we know because we've cried. You've left behind our broken hearts and precious memories too.
But we've never wanted memories
