TOCHER, Elspa Minerva. A long time resident of Pitt Meadows went to Heaven on August 17, 2014 at the age of 98.
Predeceased by her husband Raymond, her oldest son Gerald, her youngest son Terrence, her grandson Raymond and her granddaughter Deanna. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Leonard and daughters Geraldine Boyle & Barb Jorgenson, 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 1 great, great grandchild, other relatives and many friends. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on August 23, 2014 at Pitt Meadows United Church 12109 Harris Road, Pitt Meadows, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
