It is with a heavy heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of our wonderful brother Evan. We are completely heartbroken and devastated by this loss. He is predeceased by his parents Miro and Kay Parnell. He is survived by his sister Lexi (Jeff), Christine (Kim), his niece McKenna.
Evan was born and raised in Dawson Creek and relocated to Vancouver in his early 20's where his sister Christine and her family were located.
Evan was a caring, loving, extremely generous and compassionate man to everyone he knew. He loved animals, quadding, camping, watching sports, going for drives and walks. There was not a front yard, backyard or driveway that you would not see Evan hanging out in with his friends and family having a nice cold beer.
One of Evan's many talents was his uncanny ability to identify the name of any song, the name of the band, and the names of all the band members. He was your own personal SHAZAM.
In lieu of flowers or donations we ask that you take a moment to hug your family and friends and tell them how much you love them. Appreciate the life around you as time waits for no one.
